thanks to the ever-inspiring amy karol, i have a huge batch of the most delicious, fresh-baked iced pumpkin spice cookies waiting to be devoured. super easy to make, they satisfy not only my sweet tooth, but my craving for all things fall (right up there with butternut squash soup and apple cider). mine didn't come out quite as pretty as hers (pictured), but who cares? they're all going in my mouth anyway.photo by amy via angry chicken
