sorry bout that post title, i'm just practicing for my next career as a nail polish namer. gah! i would be so good! i got bad puns in my genes, just ask my dad. anywhoz, i have a completely fickle heart when it comes to nail color commitment (last week was "tart deco", the week before was "lucky, lucky lavender"), but THIS, this color might be around for awhile. i'm so diggin' the smokey taupe* ("over the taupe" to be exact) and it actually looks a bit darker on the nail, with even a hint of purple. perfect.*you know how i know that this color is especially awesome? because when heather and i met up for some delicious arepas at caracas, we discovered that we were BOTH WEARING IT. out of the massive rainbow of colors at the nail salon, we both picked this one. talk about a moment. i mean, she's not my bff for nothin', right.

ha! i want to try this too. i think i've developed a bit of an OCD nail polish thing. all the time. another color. i can't stop. it's like hoarders. but with nail polish.

i am completely addicted to this color- glad to see others are too. such a great summer alternative to black!
