I'm pretty sure that cape is by Zara (if not they have one exactly like it), if you're lucky you can still catch it if they haven't cleaned everything out for spring. I have to say though, sadly it's not as nice up close...

She is my favorite! Absolutely everything she wears is perfection. I kinda love her.
